In the same way, this trek not only displays the glory of the Annapurna Mountains but it also offers a deep insight into the prevailing Gurung culture as well. As this trek encompasses all the major aspects and magic of the Annapurna region, and bound to be a favorite for those that want to explore nature despite being bounded by the constraints of time.
Start your journey by arriving at the Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu. After getting your stuff ready, get on a plane to Pokhara. This majestic valley houses many lakes and religious hubs that are prime for a visit. A short drive along the roads of Pokhara takes you to Kyumi, the gateway for the Short Annapurna Base Camp Trek. We begin our walk by heading to Chhomrong. The trail goes along the banks of Kimrong Khola and, later, we arrive at this beautiful Gurung abode.
From Chhomrong, we begin our walk to the Himalaya hotel. This hotel provides an amazing picture of the Hiunchuli Peak (6441m) and the Hinku cave. As we walk on the banks of the Modi River, we reach Dovan. Our trail transcends from greenery to snow as we arrive at the Machhapuchhre Base Camp which grants captivating views of the majestic Mt. Machhapuchhre (6997m).
Afterward we will walk on the elevated trail to reach the Annapurna Base Camp where we can see the Mt. Machhapuchhre (6997m), Lamjung Himal (6983m), Annapurna and Dhaulagiri Mountains from here. From ABC we descend to Sinuwa and along the way, we shall rest in Ghandruk. This Gurung village revered for its authentic cultural etiquette and home-stay provisions beneath the majestic Annapurna Himalayas. From Sinuwa, we retrace our steps back to Kyumi. Catch a bus back to Pokhara and, ultimately, to Kathmandu where the short ABC trek shall end.

Arrival in Kathmandu.
Arrive at the Tribhuvan International Airport and meet our representative who will transfer you to your hotel. You can head to the streets of Kathmandu and observe the daily hustle of the people. You can also enjoy Nepali cuisines along the excursion. Overnight in Kathmandu.
Fly Pokhara- Drive to matkyu-trek to Sinuwa
Today, we take a short flight to Pokhara which lasts for about 30 minutes. The flight is pretty scenic and, upon arrival in Pokhara, we shall collect our stuff and drive to Kyumi. The drive lasts for 3 hours and goes through Nayapul. We begin our walk during the day and go through terraced fields and stone steps. We arrive at Chhomrong which is a Gurung village famous for homestay. Overnight in Chhomrong.

Trek to Himalaya.
The trail of 8 hours takes us through the rhododendron forests and the ridges of the Modi River. Passing Sinuwa and Khuldighar, we trek to Bamboo along the Ghumku Danda. After we cross Dovan, we arrive at the Himalaya hotel. It is a vantage point to observe the glory of the snowy mountains. It sits on the foot of the Hiunchuli (6441m) and the mysterious Hinku cave. Overnight in Himalaya.

Trek to ABC
Leaving Himalaya, the trek heads to Hinku Cave and reaches Deurali.We head to the MachhapuchhreBase Camp where the ravishing Mt. Machhapuchhre (6997m) awaits to reward us with mesmerizing views. Heading east from the base camp, we arrive at the Annapurna Sanctuary. The Annapurna Base Camp sits on the foot of the mighty Annapurna Mountains.From here, we can observe some of the most glorious Himalayan sceneries of mountains like Annapurna I (8091m), Annapurna South (7219m), Dhaulagiri (8167m), and Gangapurna (7454m). Overnight in Annapurna base camp.

Back to Sinuwa
The road is descending and it crosses lush forests and vegetation. Our road takes us through Deurali and later to Bamboo. We finally arrive at Sinuwa as we trek along the Modi River. The trail for the day lasts for about 6 hours. Sinuwa sits in the wilderness and is a resting point for those in the Annapurna Base Camp Trek. The village mostly comprises of teahouses and lodges. Overnight in Sinuwa.

Trek back to Kyumi -drive back Pokhara by jeep.
Today, we shall trek back to Kyumi and then ultimately head back to Pokhara. The trail to Kyumi takes us through Chhomrong. The trail is downhill for most of the parts. After having our lunch, we head back to Kyumi. It is a small settlement on the outskirts of Pokhara and is also the gateway of the Annapurna region. We shall head back to Pokhara on a private or public vehicle. Overnight in Pokhara.

Back to Kathmandu by flight/ Bus
From Pokhara, we shall get up early and head towards the Kathmandu valley. We have the option of either going by bus or by plane. The flight take about 30 minutes whereas the drive takes 6 hours.Upon arrival in Kathmandu, head back to your hotel. If time permits, you can visit the UNESCO world heritage sites in the Kathmandu Valley. Overnight n Kathmandu.
