Duration:

The entire expedition typically lasts around 20 days, including acclimatization days and rest stops.

Best Time to Go:

The best time to embark on this adventure is during the pre-monsoon (spring) and post-monsoon (autumn) seasons. Spring (March to May) offers pleasant weather and vibrant flora, while autumn (September to November) provides clear skies and excellent visibility.

Fitness Level:

This expedition requires a good level of physical fitness and endurance. Regular exercises, such as cardiovascular training, hiking, and strength-building activities, are recommended before joining the trip.

Permits:

A Sagarmatha National Park entry permit and a climbing permit for Island Peak are required. Our team will assist you in obtaining the necessary permits.

We begin our journey by trekking to the Everest Base Camp, located at an elevation of 5,364 meters (17,598 feet). After reaching EBC and savoring its grandeur, we take our adventure to the next level by ascending Island Peak. Also known as Imja Tse, Island Peak stands at an impressive altitude of 6,189 meters (20,305 feet). Our trekking was well organized all thanks to our guide and potters and mainly thanks to NEPAL TREKS AND TOURS.
